About · Vecture BV

Metin Hatipogullari.

Belgian expert in enterprise data platform migrations. Microsoft-certified across data, Azure, Power Platform and security. PhD. Founder of Vecture BV. Leads migrations off SAS, Informatica, SAP BusinessObjects and legacy SQL estates onto Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.

Previous engagements

The work spans two kinds of environments. Heavily regulated ones, where compliance and audit shape scope, validation and cutover. Production-critical ones, where the platform feeds the daily business and failure is not quiet. Each one trains different reflexes.

Microsoft ecosystem

A data migration touches more than data. Security, identity, infrastructure, the Power BI users downstream, the ML team, the architecture board. Each of those teams can push back on scope. Each of those teams is where requirements get lost in handoffs.

The certifications below exist so the conversation with those teams goes in their own language. A rare cross-stack profile for a Belgian consultant.

Data
Microsoft Certified. Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, data engineering, analytics engineering. The migration target itself.
Azure
Microsoft Certified. Azure infrastructure, architecture, DevOps. The platform the data target runs on.
Power Platform
Microsoft Certified. Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate. The downstream consumers whose migrations succeed or fail by what they get from the data layer.
Security
Microsoft Certified. Identity, access, information protection. Plus EC-Council CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker). Access controls, audit trails, least-privilege data movement treated as structural concerns rather than procedural ones.

Background

PhD in Engineering. Data engineering since. Multi-year senior consulting on regulated and public-sector Belgian data programmes covering Azure data platforms, machine learning, governance, and training. Active in security research.
