01About this site

Vecture BV (BTW BE 1032.969.925) operates vecture.be, a specialist Belgian practice for enterprise data platform migrations. Contact: info@vecture.be.

The site is informational. It does not process payments and does not create an engagement on its own.

02Privacy

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and tracks no behaviour.

When you email info@vecture.be, we receive your address, your name if you give it, and the message. That is the only personal data the site touches.

We use it to reply. Where it leads to work, we use it to prepare and run that work. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or feed it into automated decisions.

We keep the email while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period after, so context is not lost if work resumes. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Legal basis under GDPR: Art. 6(1)(b) for enquiries that may lead to engagement; Art. 6(1)(f) for general questions.

03Your rights

Under GDPR you may ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict it, or object to processing. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be. Email info@vecture.be to exercise any of these.

04Engagements

Every consulting engagement runs under a separate written agreement that sets scope, deliverables, timing and fees. This page does not replace it.

05Content

The methodology paper, accelerator descriptions and other content on this site belong to Vecture BV. Read them, share them with attribution. Do not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

06Use of the site

Use this site for any lawful purpose. Do not disrupt the service, scrape it, or interfere with normal operation.

07Liability

Information here is as-is, with no warranty as to completeness or fitness for a specific purpose. Liability outside a contracted engagement is limited to the maximum Belgian law permits.

08Governing law

Belgian law governs this page. Disputes go to the competent Belgian courts.
