About Vecture

Data platform migrations are usually handled either as one project among many by a generalist consultancy, or as a code conversion exercise by a tooling vendor. Neither treats migration as a discipline with its own ways of going wrong.

Vecture was founded to do exactly that: turn the lessons of earlier migrations into a method and a set of accelerators, and apply them carefully to each new estate. The people who build the tooling are the people who deliver the work.

The founder holds a PhD in Engineering and has worked in data engineering since, including senior consulting on regulated and public-sector data programmes in Belgium covering Azure data platforms, machine learning, governance and training. Microsoft-certified across data, Azure, Power Platform and security, and an EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker.

Our experience comes from two kinds of environment: heavily regulated organisations, where compliance and audit shape scope, testing and cutover, and production-critical ones, where the data platform drives daily operations.

Sectors include federal and regional government, regulated utilities, aerospace and EU research programmes, agrochemicals and manufacturing, food and beverage, and higher education. We do not publish client names.

Applied research and engineering. Vecture invests in applied research and engineering to develop new approaches to data and software systems.
