This website is informational. It does not process payments and no contract can be concluded through the website itself; every engagement is agreed separately in writing.

Privacy and browser storage

This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage or session storage. Fonts are served from this site, not from third parties.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate and measure basic site performance. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not build profiles of individual visitors. Cloudflare also processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site.

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and the contents of your message. We use that information to answer you and, where relevant, to prepare or perform an engagement. We do not sell it, use it for advertising profiles or make automated decisions about you.

The legal basis under the GDPR is Article 6(1)(b) for enquiries and steps that may lead to an engagement, and Article 6(1)(f) for other business correspondence and the security and operation of this site.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are normally deleted or anonymised no later than 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless a longer period is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Records connected with an engagement are kept for the periods required by applicable accounting, tax and legal obligations.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive your personal data, and you may object where processing is based on legitimate interests, by emailing info@vecture.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.

Engagements

Every engagement runs under a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timing and fees. This page does not replace it.

Content and trademarks

The text, accelerator names and descriptions on this site belong to Vecture BV. You may quote and share them with attribution, but not reproduce them commercially without written permission. Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, SAS, Informatica, SAP and other product names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Liability

The information on this site is provided as is, without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Outside a contracted engagement, liability is limited to the extent permitted by Belgian law.

Governing law

Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the competent Belgian courts.
